English: Khorezm banknote in rag (silk) - 5000 rubles
In 1920-1923 (gregorian calendar) the Khorezm Republic issued Khiva silk banknotes. In those years, the banknotes were printed in four denominations: 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000 rubles. Each of them has some inscription in Uzbek Arabic script:
"banknotes (literally -"clothe money ") of Khorezm People's Soviet Republic";
"Forgery of bank notes prosecuted by Revolution";
"This assignat is property of the state".

В 1920-1923 гг. в Хиве выпускались шелковые ассигнации Хорезмской республики. В те годы были напечатаны ассигнации четырех номиналов: 500, 1000, 2000 и 5000 рублей. Каждая из них имеет надписи по-узбекски арабским шрифтом:
"Ассигнация (дословно - "бумажная деньга") Хорезмской народной советской республики";
"Подделка этой ассигнации преследуется по закону революции";
"Эта ассигнация обеспечивается всем имеющимся достоянием государства".
