English: Coat of arms of Solca, Suceava County, Romania.
Română: Stema orașului Solca, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema orașului Solca se compune dintr-un scut tăiat, având cromatica albastru și roșu, încărcat în centru cu o construcție cu poartă și turn, cu acoperiș conic, de aur. Construcția este însoțită de trei brazi dezrădăcinați, de argint, doi plasați în câmpul superior, iar unul, în vârful scutului. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din trei turnuri crenelate.
Semnificația elementelor însumate: Construcția amintește de un monument istoric vechi (ctitoria lui Ștefan Tomșa din anul 1622). Copacii fac aluzie la bogăția silvică. Coroana murală cu trei turnuri crenelate semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de oraș.

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
