Hi! You would be able to edit these pages yourself if you were an interface administrator. I see that you used to maintain them, before these rights were separated from administrator rights. Bureaucrats could grant you the new permission, but I see that you don't have any bureaucrats here, so I think the next step is to ask at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Permissions#Interface_administrator_access (after a discussion/voting to confirm that the Tajik community would be happy with that, but since you're an administrator and you worked in this area before, I think that would just be a formality).
